you have to give it a little bit of gas as you let out on the clutch, and as soon as you get it moving, you need to get your foot off the clutch pedal, until its needed again,it takes a little time to learn to judge doing this, but once you learn this you,ll never forget how to do it ,its like riding a bicycle ,you never forget how,and a standard shift car is more fun to drive also, good luck on it take your time with it,you,ll learn it.

Find an empty parking lot or some other deserted place and practice. Give it a little more gas and start letting out on the clutch. When you feel the clutch grab a little, just give it a little more gas and continue letting out on the clutch slowly. It will take some practice, but it is just getting into the rhythm of the gas and clutch. Once you learn it, it will always stay with you.

start by easing a little throttle opening, then start easing the clutch out. as you do ease on the throttle a bit more. you will begin to get a feel for how the engine reacts as the clutch is let out, at that point you want to add more throttle opening. add just enough to keep the engine running, and modulate the clutch pedal to keep from engaging the clutch too quickly. as the car moves forward you can release the clutch more, until the clutch is fully released. it will take a bit of practice, but you will get the hang of it.
