I read in the papers that a boy , think he was like 13, recently died from caffeine pills but he took the whole box - you should follow the directions on the box to be safe.

I don't think you could OD on caffiene pills- but it would be extremely unpleasant. Your heart rate would be so high, and also your blood pressure would skyrocket. Also, it would depend on how much of a tolerance you have to caffiene products. I have a huge tolerance because I drink tons of coffee and espresso shots. But I don't think you could actually die. You'd probably have very uncomfortable heart palpitations and maybe get sent to the ER. Drink coffee or some other caffienated beverage- those pills are nasty! As least enjoy your caffiene buzz! :o)

All that I ever got was a minor stomach ache when we used to eat No Doze pills while partying. Do not know how much it would take to overdose considering we (3 of us) were eating a box about every two hours.

Hell yes you can overdose on caffeine pills!
The max amount you can safely take depends on your body weight.
Personally I don't recommend you take any more than two.

Yes you can OD on Caffeine.
It's not only alkaloid, its used as a diuretic.
you PEE A LOT. Then you can have stomach problems.
Other uses you don't get.
