Personally, I would go with Colin Michael, Colin Elijah, or Colin Andrew. They sound better together. I would go with a longer middle name versus a shorter one, like Eli.

I've only ever seen it as Colin with 1 "l". I had a boyfriend as a teenager with that name also. Don't use a name that rhymes with Colin or it will sound goofy.
