I have seen many women and girls the wear all kinds of low cut shirts, sweaters tops and dresses but when a guy looks at her chest they always have some kind of complaint. Jeez , if your gonna advertise the merchandise people are gonna look. If females are uncomfortable with so many guys looking, then maybe they should dress a little more discreetly. Im not saying to wear baggy t-shirts and/or sweatshirts but there are other clothes women can wear to look attractive without getting unwanted stares.

I drive a motorcycle and although I don't wear very revealing clothing I do get noticed by guys sometimes. There are different kinds. I LOVE it when I can tell I caught a guy's eye. When they turn around and do a double take it completely makes my day. I hate it when he makes obsene remarks or whistles. My guess is the girls with the small tops are the same way. We want to be noticed but not treated like a peice of meat either.

I agree with Lisa and True blue. It is more of a fashionable thing to do and if a woman is big breasted, her cleavage will show more than a small breasted woman wearing the sametop . Also, low cut tops really do look better as it makes you shoulder appear narrower, or something like that.

But what about the breeze? That's hard to sacrifice. Also, a woman might feel attractive when she is wearing a low-cut shirt. She might look at the mirror and think, "By Golly, I look HOTTT today!" However, those feelings might change when instead of getting the horizontal mirror view, a man oggles straight down...

I notice that no women have answered this question so far, so here goes! I do wear low cut tops and I do not complain when men look. I do however get upset when men make rude remarks. I am not a small woman and my "girls" like to breathe. Hey, if we weren't supposed to show em off and men weren't supposed to look, why did God make them so beautiful? I believe a woman can show off some of what she has without being slutty about it. And those that get pissy for men looking are maybe a tad uptight. If you've got em...flaunt em!

you know we do have a face...so thats what you guys need to be looking at ...some of us like to be cool...as in cooling off..we dont wear that stuff for guys to pay attention to our chest...if we do complain I think we have the right because look how we get treated by males...we are not like you guys..can go without our shirts...get over it...stop looking there and look at our face then you wont have to hear what we have to say to ya....big chested, proud, have a smile for everybody so smile back...

I know. That is because they are a bunch of, listen close, HYPOCRITES! If you don't want guys looking at you then don't dress up in a sleezy way and then complain that they are looking at you. It is as simple as that. Personally I think that guys don't have any respect towards women that dress like that. Women have got to get some self-respect and dress a bit more conservative. Especially the teenage girls in this country.

well i personally have a good size chest and i know when i show it off that men are going to look. but sometimes i feel like they can be a little immature about it. they need to look but don't be so obvious about it. and leave the stupid comments inside their head. for instance, just yesterday i was at the movie theater with my family and was standing in line for popcorn, my husband was ordering and i was turned around talking to my kids, well i'm only 5'1 and the man behind me was about 6'3 and was staring directly down my shirt ...if it would of been a quick glance then ok, i knew that would happen, but he never took his eyes off, even when i looked directly in his face ,he continued staring, like he was oblivious to the world around him. i feel like, yes, he's a man, he's going to look, but ok, it's just boobs, you see them every where. and in my case and anyone else who is shaped like me, i have big breast but the rest of my body is really small...i get it from my mom, anyway, if i get a shirt that will completely cover my chest, then it fits the rest of my body like a big box, but if i get one that fits my body then my breasts are spilling out or if it's a button up , it wont button. so, what's a girl to do. besides i don't mind a little look my way sometimes, as long as it's respectful, and not demeaning, thats what guys need to understand. girls look at guys too, but most of the time they aren't so perverted about it. and everyone likes to get checked out once in awhile...you know you do. just remember next time you see a hot girl in something low cut, be more discreet when looking.

I don't complain. I like my girls alot. They're small, perky, and mine. If I feel like wearing a low cut shirt and you look, I take it as a compliment. I know that I probably shouldn't say that, but it's true.

It seems that they complain when only unattractive males ogle. Maybe if you pretended not to notice, more women would "expose".
