NOT the CIA.
There is however, Jamaica Plains and the city of Jamaica both located in Queens, New York, USA. ( These were established as a result of the large Jamaican migrant population in these areas).

When I went to school they actually taught geography. We had to be able to point out the states and other countrys and name their capitols. Since then they have changed a lot of the names in other parts of the world but not many in the western hemisphere. We learned to use an atlas. You are sitting at a computer with all of the information in the world at your fingertips. Why would you waste points asking such a simple question? To answer your question, the tip of Florida points like a finger at Cuba and beyond to Jamacia. That is the north west part of the Caribean Sea. It is separated from the North Atlantic Ocean by Cuba and the Dominican Republic, which make up the Greater Antilles. OK?

Its indigenous Arawakan-speaking Taíno inhabitants named the island Xaymaca, meaning either the "Land of Springs," or the "Land of Wood and Water." Formerly a Spanish possession known as Santiago, it later became the British West Indies Crown colony of Jamaica. It is the third most populous anglophone country in the Americas, after Canada and the United States.

Jamaica was formally part of the Commonwealth of Great Britain, but now it is an independent country. It gained its independence in 1962.
For the most complete Jamacian information, go to the CIA world factbook. It has anything you will ever need to know about Jamaica. https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/jm.html
