Try Saltwater Grill ( http://www.saltwatergrillpcb.com/ ). It's on Middle Beach Road (about a mile down from the Super Wal-Mart), and it's a very classy restaurant.
There's a huge saltwater aquarium that you can see in to from just about anywhere.
A must-eat!
