The Secret Garden Chapter Summary

My daughter, who is 5 and 1/2 years old, understands "The Secret Garden." We read it to her, of course. But what, exactly, don't you understand? Or are you just looking for summaries so you don't actually have to read it?

Why don't you read a few chapters, and talk to a friend who also has to read it? I'd suggest watching the movie of it, but it alters some of the events.

You'll be more satisfied with yourself if you figure it out without having to use crib notes. Read it, think about it, talk about it. The plot is pretty straightforward--just the attitudes of the time that may be difficult.
