Get some nice perfume, some of her favorite cds, movies..Im 14 and a gift I got that I really liked was a charm bracelet w/ a special charm on it...then for special occasions you can get her anothe charm to add to it...Good Luck!

I was SOOOO about to say get a charm bracelet!!!!!! It is the absolute perfect gift for a 15yr old! It is perfect for several reasons- First and foremeost girls LOVE jewelry! Next, it is a very thoughtful gift and girls love for guys to think about them and show a soft side! Also, you can get charm bracelets in so many price ranges that you are bound to find just the right one. Start with one charm that has some significance to both of you (Like a cross, or a dolphin cause she just collects them, or something that symbolizes where you went on your first date, or her birthstone! You get it!) Then, how easy for a guy because you can add special charms to it whenever you need a gift for her or you can just surprise her with them on occasion. Anybody can buy perfume or such! Put a little thought into the charm you choose and she'll love the way you "agonized" over her birthday so, you could be sure it was just PERFECT! lol we really are not that hard to figure out! Absolutely never give cash or gift cards to a girl that you actually want to keep for awhile!

You should dig deep and find something that would be meaningful to her. Like if you 2 had an inside joke of some kind from a movie give her that movie. Normally if you get something small like a necklace its great but giving something more sentimental and meaningful as simple as an inside joke really sets it off the top.
You can get 2 items like a necklace and another item to go with normally under $50
Girls also like to recognize or flaunt i guess the relationship
so some kind of jewelry is perfect. They can look at it and know it represents your relationship.
