We all do it, the horrible niggly back to work feeling is always at the back of our minds, so we want the weekend to last longer than it actually does.
So I would suggest - Drink , be merry for tomorrow we have to work, urrrrggghhhh

Cut down on the late nights.

Early to bed
Early to rise
Make a person
Healthy, happy and wise.

When I have to get up for work in the mornings I am always in bed before 10 pm on a week night. I get up around 8 am in the mornings. After a good night's sleep I don't mind getting up, because I feel refreshed.

I do that too, I'm not looking forward to going to work. I know as soon as I go to sleep, the next thing I'll know is the start of another work week. The anxious feeling makes it hard to go to sleep on Sunday night. In case this helps, what you feel is normal.

Maybe Amber you have a job that isn't getting you any where but board and monotonous that you don't like and its hard to be some where we don't want to be and its so easy to just say $&#@ it lets stay on y/a all night and procrastinate because its so much fun on here alot of things going on and fast faced that your loosing track of time but its something that you enjoy so the time just flies by and you know what they say time flies when your having fun hope you get enough sleep not to mess up bad at work being late and,making sure (for instance if you cook or use sharp knives not to cut yourself bad)~*~deanna~*~

You are still a child thinking you are going to miss something. You think something wondrous will happen two minutes after you doze off and you will be left out.

GROW UP

The only thing you are going to miss is the income when you lose your job to the bright eyed and bushy tailed go getters behind you

Alot of people do that. Its from stress and such. Go to your doctor and he can prescribe pills that help. Unfortunately, most sleep pills are addictive if used for a long time.
