I had it working for years!
but now, it wont work?
the scaning works, (its a 2 in 1)
but something happaned for the printer not to work!
Its a HP.

Those ink jet printers dry out. Most likely you need to buy a new toner cartage, which is a toner/developer mix and put it in. Then do a self cleaning and line positioning. That should help your problem!

You probably shut it down incorrectly, corrupting the printer part of the software. You may need to reinstall it from the original discs. You could also try their website and search for your printer for any tips.

replace the ink from the printer. if that's not the problem, contact HP's costumer service. They have really good service, they might help you.
