I recommend a lightweight windbreaker that is waterproof and breathable. If you get it in black, it looks urban.

u dont need a summer jacket for paris, maybe just a raincoat for england.
just to go a shopping mall and get urself one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is it that difficult??????????????? it is just a jacket!!!
