Go by the first day of you last period as day one of your cycle. Most women ovulate about the 14th day of their cycle. So start trying around day 11 through day 16. Depending on if you want a boy or girl you could even try to get that science down as well. Let me know if you want a certain sex, I can probably help with that. I had a boy first time and really wanted a girl the second time around. I GOT MY GIRL!

Use an Ovulindex thermometer. Take your temp. every morning before you stand up. Chart it. You'll see when the temp. goes up (I think). That means you're ovulating, so have sex then. When it drops, you'll have a period. If it doesn't drop, you're pregnant!

Get a thermometer to tell you when you ovulate. I can't remember the name of it right now. Go to your pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for ovulation info.
