The private college is funded by wealthy parents who pay all the tuition.
The public college is funded by student/parent loans and grants.

well in ireland public colleges r like public schools u jus pay ur yearly fees.private colleges are expensive with high costs of a few grand a year but in private colleges you dont need as many points in the leaving cert to do similar courses requiring high points in public colleges

public college is funded by federal money. it is cheaper and public school is for free also funded by th gov.
