when i put my dowloaded movies on disc they are jumpy?

i am useing 8xDVD-R discs i have used these before without any problems, but the last few day's all of my copy's are unwatchable they are stopping for a second and it's soooo annoying what could be the problem.

maybe the laser head in your burner neads cleaning!!!!!!

Could be the downloads or maybe the discs had the same probs myself.

Try burning at the slowest speed that you possibly can. Maybe your CD/DVD writer doesn't have buffer underrun protection.
