what would be the best type of haircut for someone like me with my face?

BUT

now its semi long down to my chest, and I wear it straight.
what would be the best haircut for me,

and how should I style that cut?

shoulder-length with kind of messy, tousled waves, pretty much how it is in the second pic. Perhaps you could use some mousse to keep the "wet", " just came back from the beach" look all day. It would be cute for Summer.
