I think that they should but that is just my opinion.

What reason does Siberia have to do so?. They are quite contented to being a Soviet state and they never have any political or religious conflict with Russia.

Putting your question in a similar way, do you think Hawaii or Alaska should declare their independence from the USA?. The answer to that is very obvious.

No, why would they? If they had any kind of revolt, Putin would suppress it with a massive show of force. It would be suicide.
