Chryslter T & Country...The back right side frame was damaged in an accident. what is that part called?

The side of the T and Country consists of passenger door, automatic door, and then the part that has the windows that slightly opens. HOw much would it cost to replace the entire back frame where the window slightly opens and what is that entire part called (I thought it was called the quarter panel)?

I've always called it the rear quarter panel. Still do.
