I agree with Inert, wait for the answers, and then if you didn't get any, then think about asking again. I have heard of Ottos living with Dwarfs without a problem. Plecostomus will get too large for most Dwarf Puffer tanks (the Commom Plecostomus gets 24 inches long). I have also heard that if you keep one Dwarf Puffer in a tank where the other fish have already establishe territories, the Puffer will not be as aggressive... no guarantees though...
