i know its not the best but i was looking for a nice little up grade from this 745 socket that i have. but that would still have the ability to support my three IEDE hard drives and my ddr ram. so is it a good for the price?

for plain upgrade its not bad, just make sure you have good warranty and decent or less restorking fee if you will return it.

well new AMD procesors dont use the 939 processor so no, i dont think its good, look at a new mobo with Socket AM2. but what u want to use it for yea its fine
