some keyboards have keys that can come out easily so just take out those keys and clean it like that. It might take a long time to put them back in depending on the spill though.
You can also take a sponge that is not dripping wet but more than just damp and go over your keyboard with it a lot of times. Your keyboard can get messed up if you spill too much water into though but normally it would be fine. If you are worried, just have a blow drier next to you to dry it right afterwards and there will be no problems.

Turn the computer completely off. Then take a Q-tip and put warm water and a bit of dish soap on it, and clean lightly between the keys. Let it air dry. Or, in the supermarket you can buy Clorox wipes and do the same just without the Q-tip. I hope I could help you! These other people...don't listen to them. Hanging it upside down can harm and damage the keyboard.

You can pour a very small amount of Goo-Gone, which you can get at most stores, on the affected keys, let it sit for about 30 sec. then wipe it off with a dry paper towel. Also, allow it to dry for about 10-20 minutes before using the computer again.
WARNING: DO NOT DO THIS WHILE THE KEYBOARD IS ATTACHED TO THE COMPUTER, AND THE COMPUTER IS TURNED ON. IT MAY SHORT-CIRCUIT YOUR KEYBOARD, CAUSING YOU TO HAVE TO GO OUT AND BUY A NEW KEYBOARD.

If the keys are still sticking after cleaning with water and a little detergent, you might want to think about a new keyboard. They are only about $10.

take out the screws from underneath
you have a plastic sheath that you have to remove
then slowly push out the keys
remember where they go (use another keyboard layout as guidance)
then wash them in water etc...
and then put them back in plastic
plastic lastic sheath over
screw back in
remember that under each key there is a little pad which need to be placed into position again

Unhook it. Then use a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol to do the keys, and a Q-Tip and alcohol to do in between the keys. Thats how I do mine. I have 2 kids, so mine get sticky alot.

Put in the top rack of the dishwasher - no dry cycle. Let air dry for a couple of days.
What do you have to lose?

You might try carbontetracloride. Get it at drugstore. It is a cleaning fluid. Use it in a spray bottle. It cleans and evaporates fast.
