If we see attitude of Indian players they dont need to be guided, the reason they think they can do better on their own. If someone like Chappell telling them to act as per the story they will certainly fail to do what the best they can do on their own. I think Captain is already in the process and making two power center leads to nothing.
Therefore let the Indian team has coach like Chandu Borde as we have President without power.

I alsos feel that the seniopr players do not like somebody telling them what they should do and not to do as they feel that having played cricket for long years they are their own bosses. Hence BCCI should have only batting coach, bowling coach and fielding coach. The rold of head coach should be left to the Cricket Manager.

not agree with this idea...
because the coach is more experienced than the players playing...the coach shares his experience with the team he is coaching,,, so there is a great need of coach in every team...there is a great impact of coaching in the performance of the team...
by the way... Pakistan and india both r playing without coaches...let see who win this match going to be played tommorow...
if india lose indian will start to critisize and will be pressurizing the board for a gooood coach...

You have got a good point. On seeing them beating South Africa I would say that it's worth trying. You can't possibly coach Sachin, Ganguly, Dravid anyway.

I believe India must continue with the management staff that is with the team at present.If India is playing well with coaches they have know then they must continue.

robin singh is a better coach for india.temporary coach but provide excellent result .
