All I ever use is Vitamin C and hot tea with lemon. Since I retired, three years ago, I (knock knock) have not had one cold or been sick a day. Could have been the stress of being a psychiatric nurse that got to me when I was working. Do you think?

I tend to get rid of it naturally by means of drinking lots of hot tea, soup and liquids in general. If I can't sleep, I'll take some medicine though.

I tend to use artificial medicines, but I would prefer natural remedies if I can find them and afford them. (insurance doesn't cover that, unfortunately.)

I use over the counter drugs to treat the symptoms. But I use natural things such as zinc and Echinacea purpurea (purple cone flower) to help me get over it quicker.

I drink lots of orange juice, take tylenol every 4 hours and rest alot. Sometimes I take dimetap if I have a sore throat with my cold.

I will ignore it up to a point.
When it gets in the way of work, than I take something.
