Propane, it's a much cleaner burning fuel, which allows you to taste the meat more.

We have both charcoal and propane grills. I absolutely without a doubt would say that the best grilling is done over charcoal!

Depends on what you are grilling, if just hamburgers, hot dogs and sausage then the propane. If cooking ribs then must slow cook with charcoal takes about 5 hours but worth it.
