In proper conditions where it gets enough light and has enough fertilizer Java Moss will grow quite rapidly and could double in size in a few weeks. The less perfect the conditions the slower it will grow.

Man, you sure ask alot of questions about Java Moss, and Dwarf Puffers! lol. It grows pretty quick. but it really depends on your lighting and what hours you put your lights on and how long. Usually about a week and a half. :] good luck~~~!!!

It will grow extremely fast, and if left alone for a few months, it could take over your tank, so you may need to remove som after a while. It is perfect for your Dwarf Puffers because it will attatch to almost anything, so you can tie it to your filter outflow, your heater, and anything else you want. Have fun experimenting with the stuff.
