It's a mental thing. You need to learn to give yourself pleasure in the body without cheating by going straight to the genitals.
Work out. Start a fitness regimen, and feel the burn of exercise and the good effects of it. Your good feeling will last longer over the whole day instead of the two and a half minutes you are wanking. You'll be happier and look better too. And no self-indulgence guilt. It's a win-win situation.

yes it does. **** everyday for 2 weeks and most men are effectively sterile. Me I go twice a day and had a vasectomy too.
How to stop wanking? Don't do it, see simple.
Why do you need a high sperm count? last time I looked the only job ap that had that box to fill out was as a donor?

I would be very surprised if you could stop. Masturbating is addicting, once you do it you don't want to stop, and why would you? It won't effect your sperm count, it won't do anything to you except make you feel good. Don't worry about it, enjoy it.
