Make an appointment with a divorce attorney and ask your questions. Most will do the initial consult for free. Good luck

Depends on the state you're in. If you have kids or not, and if you do, who has them. How long you have been married. whether there is a prenup. And whether the judge got laid or not the day of the court.

If you get a devorice and persay you have a boat, a house, childern, and a trailer. If you court ruling says you get the kids or kid you would most likely get the house. so the kids and the house are all one.
Then you would find out who wanted to go camping more that spouse would get the trailer the other would get the boat.

You are entitled to feel guilty.
If your only problem with divorce is how much you get, then shame on you.
