They only have 2005 financial statements

The sec website doesn't have the 2006 10-k, but it does have the press release for their earnings.

It being a foreign company is there a lag between when companies information can be processed?

You can download annual reports from the Natuzzi website. Look in the US section in Investor Relations.

First, the answer is from my own experience. Let's say I helped a few friends keep track of their boyfriends... She has a keylogger installed on your computer. Basically, it records all your keystrokes. So, no matter how many times you change your password, she'll know. Keyloggers can also make screenshots. And they may be able to email files or simply hide them and she can pick them up through a back-door. Look it up. The solutions are: either get someone really good to clean up the computer (most of the times it does not appear under task manager, installed program files etc; it's very well hidden) or reinstall everything from scratch and install antivirus and something like ad-aware to keep out everyone. And only then change all the passwords for all the accounts (email, online statements, online games, whatever...) that have been opened from that computer. Good luck. And be carefull which other smart girl you upset in the future :P

Because "NTZ" is not really a "stock", its an ADR...

Maybe you are a bit confused about what you are actually buying when you buy "NTZ" on the NYSE?

NTZ is not shares of "stock", per se, but rather "American Depository Receipts". Since (Admittedly I may just be making a big assumption about you here!) you do not have a taxpayer ID as an Italian, you cannot invest directly in Italian stocks.

Look up the data for Nokia (NOK), another ADR, and you will find the same "problem"!

Best wishes!
