This has been happening for months. They are just tiny little holes that only show up on t-shirt. No signs of insects. No other type of clothing is effected. No rubbing of anything that should cause this.

It is poor quality merchandise I was having that problem when I was buying my t shirts form Sam's changed brands and have had no further problem

A blue crown conure could be on your shirt with long nails or a sharp beek, It happens a lot here no matter what the quality of shirt, have you been hearing chirping in your ear?

I have a few shirts with holes in them too. I have discovered it was from mice, maybe that could be why you are having holes in your t-shirts

small little holes like that are usually casued by bugs that are really small, try using bleach on white clothes and bleach alternative on colors.

My husband was a weldor.
Do you use bleach?
Do you wash the shirts with bras...the hooks can do that.
