I usually pick the one that's most thoughtful, sometimes funniest, and sometimes one that has a unique point of view (whether I agree with it or not).
But when all of the answers are stale (that happens often) then I usually give it to a contact, I mean why not. : )

I just pick the one that most directly answers the question if I can. Sometimes a funny answer is correct.

I don't have that problem, yet. I know that picking best answers can be hard, even without that. I think maybe we sometimes have to change strategy to draw in other people.
The good side? At least you have friends who are there.

yep, it makes it even tougher when there are two people your friendly with, give two answers that are correct

i just pick the one that makes me smile or laugh most.... if there are a few equally good answers or on that really "do it" for me then i just put it to vote.......
