I think that there is a certain level of respect that should be given just from one human being to another but most respect should be earned.

Respect should most definitely be given at first but if you are are given reason not to respect that person they need to earn it back.

Both, you should give everybody some type of respect until they prove to you whether their truly worth all of it or none.
