i assume i do no longer understand your terminology "getting their butt kicked"? they simply get into small hearth fights. the U. S. vs insurrection causalities is over a million to 3 hundred. the main KIA's and WIA's we go through are from cowards that plant bombs. we are actual battling a police action. you haven't any longer even seen the tip of the Iceberg in terms of US battling skill. we've seen the european battling skill--look on the way they run abode on the 1st photos. they're stationed interior the main secure places in the two Iraq & Afgan. those out on the water confirmed their worth!! I actual have served with many Europen troops duing the time i became into interior the U. S. Marines. some have been sturdy yet maximum did no longer degree up in coaching, loyality, love of usa or maybe basically bravery interior the face of hearth. We confronted Russian troops in Asia (even tho they are asserting no) and that they weren't nicely experienced yet----that they had bravery that placed the Europens to shame!!!

Even if true, how could you ever take joy in that? This kind of 'gloating' is exactly what's wrong with our world. Too bad that you can't view the world with more cohesiveness than that. As a European, I would think you'd be more cognizant of the importance of our mission in the ME and how it effects your welfare, too.

I don't think it's fair to say we are "getting our butts kicked," we just have been unable to stop the insurgency. While people are much more sensitive today, the casualty rate is low, I mean, we lose more young people drinking and driving in one year than we've lost in the entire war. In time we would have success, but Americans are too weak to hang in there in this case.
