i want to catch them easy and what do you have to do to get them in the lakes.. i know im gonna get some crap for asking for a easyier way

use false swipe to get the hp down to one, put it to sleep or paralyze it. Then just throw the dusk balls till you catch them or you could make the battle to go on for a very long time and then use timer balls. i think it is every 5 or 10 turns the catch rate of a timer ball increases by like 10% or something.

I caught an Uxie by using false swipe, and status effects such as sleep. (false swipe never knocks out a pokemon and leaves it with at least 1 hp)

I use false swipe, hypnosis, and a lot of ultra balls. In the case of Mesprit, mean look, false swipe, hypnosis, and a lot of ultra balls.

Well, get a healthy supply of ultra, dusk, timer balls. You can always try a quick ball to see if you are lucky.
