Go with the veggie sub from Subway.

I haven't eaten at Rax for a long time do they still have a salad bar/buffet? I don't know if they have any nearby anymore. I would say go to Rax but love Subway and all the fresh veggies they put on the subs but they are getting too expensive. Tell us what you ordered.

Although Rax may be cheaper, I think the better meal is from Subway. And you can ask them to make any sandwich into a salad for you, hence reducing the calories.

No clue what Rax is so I'd say Subway. They are inexpensive and healthy for fast food.

I'd pick Subway. A Melt with shredded cheese toasted with lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives and jalapenos, oh, on Monterrey cheddar bread. Mayo and honey mustard for the sauces.

Don't over tax your innards. Eat lite for awhile. My wife (who is one foxy grandma ) loves their 6" veggie. No meat, just alot of real good eats wrapped with a toasty bun. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a VEGETARIAN! But this is a real good eat!

Oh, I didn't tell you where. Subway, of course!
