birth control messin me up?

i was wondering...

i have been on birth control for over a year now..but just last month i could not get my perscription filled because it was up, so i went a month without it. now it is around the time i should be getting my period and i havent gotten it yet.

i was wondering if maybe by taking birth control for so long and now stopping if that is the reason i have a missed period or if it is something else...?

Your body has just started to get used to the medication and now being a month off it has messed the cycle up which is why no period.

I would recommend contacting your dr to get samples of your birth control pill if they have them. I often recommend this to those that have a concern about money when it comes to medicines. I try to do this myself if I can because of money being tight.
