They couldn't work out a deal with him. He just didn't want to be in the game and even if he did it would have cost Sony too much

Would you want him on anything that you had something to do with? No way that I would. Not only is he a "dirty" (roids) player, but he is also a LIAR. Perjury charge anyone? He is the current shame of MLB.

maybe he didn't allow his likeness to be used or b/c of the steroid controversy the makers of the game decided not to put him in. That's my guess.
