I don't think I really have one....though I do consider Pulp Fiction influential. I'm just curious as to what people find meaningful to them.

It's a Wonderful Life is a good movie because it makes you realize that even if you don't know that you've had a positive impact on other people's lives, you may have had that influence.
This is something to remember when you have a bad day and think that there is no point to your life.

"The Pursuit Of Happyness." You must see it if you want to be inspired. The story is of a guy who purchased several medical machines thinking that he could easily sell them for a profit, but it turns out hospitals aren't in great demand for the medical device. Also, the guy is married and has one son. After failing to pay rent and help support his wife, she leaves him, and he is left to take care of himself and his son. The movie really takes off from there and I don't want to spoil it. Brought a tear to my eye and a great perspective on the real definition of inspiration.

Star Wars - It made people think how a movie can be made. Prior to that movies were in the dark ages, especially sci-fi. It reset the entire genre, as well as, gettting people think about blockbusters. I think the term blockbusters was used for the first time for this movie.

Let's see... 'Copycat', 'The Ring', and 'Sixth Sense' influenced me to hide and clamp my hands over my ears. But that's just because I'm a wimp.
'Freedom Writers' was very inspiring though.
