Walk away from what I was doing and get some water. I have to get the water as an excuse for walking away from my work.

cry, sleep, cry some more, watch funny clips or movies, go to the gym, talk to a true friend, write your feelings on paper, come on Yahoo Answers and talk to us- I think it just really depends on the situation.
