Think about how FOIL works. You would need two numbers that, when multiplied together, give you +16. But when added together, they have to equal -8.

These numbers are -4 and -4.

So, you can set up the factors like this:

(x-4)(x-4)

And then use FOIL to check and make sure it is the right answer.
