If the player is at bat with one strike when he fouls the ball off his bat it hits the ground then bounces up and hits him in the head and knocks him out. (Actually happened to Bill Herman Cubs) Is he called out or does someone pinch hit with 2 strikes left.

If the ball hits his bat and then him if he's in the batters box it's a strike. Since he only had one that makes strike 2 and he can be pinch hit for, the batter comes in with 2 strikes.

The way you describe the play the ball must have hit him in the batter's box which constitutes a foul ball as long as the batter has yet to move towards first (then it would depend on where the ball was when it hit him).
Scrape him up and put in a pinch hitter with 2 strikes on him.

The team would be able to use a pitch hitter for the hurt batter. He would start with a two strike count, because the foul ball counts as a strike.

it's a foul ball, so the player would not be out. It would just count as a foul ball and since the guy is unconsious, the team could send up a pinch hitter.

Either way he is out and will make it on sportscenter as the idiot of the day. But if the ball goes foul first before hitting him than it's just a foul ball and a pinch hitter will come in, but if it hits fair first than hits him he's gone in two ways.

Someone can pinch hit for him. But the count would be what it was when the knocked out player left the game.

No. a foul ball means the ball is dead. So therefore, no one can get out on a foul ball.
