I'm trying to start a small business selling dog treats, and it would be helpful if I had my own website. I've looked, and I can't find any free. Thanks.

When you decide that it is worth at least $4.00/mth check out Godaddy.com. ~
Generating the HTML code, get the free Mozilla Seamonkey code generator.
BTW, getting a commercial site, you can also set things up with a shopping cart and the ability to take credit cards (Paypal).

I used the Webstarts Editor to create a simple site when selling my Truck. I was able to easily add images and slideshows to the site from my Photobucket account. The editor has allowed me to create an ad for my truck that I feel has added a lot of value to it. Best of all, it was absolutely free and super easy to use.
