I have a 2003 Impala. Providing there is enough material, can both the front and rear rotors be machined?

Yes, as long as they are thick enough. The downside for saving a few bucks now though is that the rotors will be more succeptable to warping than new rotors.

Yes they can. The minimum thickness is stamped on the inside of the rotor.

in most cases the rotors can be turned if they are not badly scarred. how ever it is usually just as cheap to buy new ones where you get a warranty this way.

yes they can, how ever if you do that they will just warp again because you are making them thinner. just replace them in my opinion
