have partial tear in rotoray cup. employer is trying to say its not work related.

Yes, I have filed a workmans comp claim,I work in an automotive parts warehouse. I pull orders and stock rotars, batterys, compressors, rack & pion stearing boxes, radiators, ect.

Sure, get an attorney. Like the other person said, they specialize in these cases and will get a percentage of your settlement if they win for you. Please be aware too before you talk to anyone about it....it is a PARTIAL ROTATOR CUFF tear, not rotary cup.

Yes I would definitely get one. There are attorneys that deal in this and don't charge only if you win the case. You should schedule a free meeting with a personal injury lawyer and talk to them!! Listen to this doc....thank God there are ones like him!!
