I also want to become a surgeon so I can have the time to help the ill (especially the elderly) get better and have them live a healthy, long life.. but then again, I'm thinking about becoming an Ambassador, because I want to travel around the world and help people suffer less from poverty countries.
I'm only 14 and it seems as if time is passing by quickly, and I have to make a quick decision...

You could become a surgeon and then work with organizations such as Doctors Without Borders to travel and help people.

You get appointed, usually after large donations to the campaigns of the appointer.
