I just had a pressure wash on my engine, to clean it off under the hood, and at first the car would cut off after a couple minutes, but now after a couple of hours its not cutting off but shaking and water is now in the spark plugs, but wasnt there before the pressure wash, what could be wrong?

When you cleaned the underside of the hood the insulation / sound deadening material became saturated with water. Place your car pointing into the wind park it and lift the hood. Park it to let the padding dry out. Your intentions were good but this padding needs to dry out. It may be necessary to remove it and let it dry out for a couple of days.
Don't ever worry about car wash water cracking a manifold or head. The exhaust manifold gets hundreds of degrees hotter than the heads or block which typically run @190 - 212 degrees Fahrenheit. I've been doing it fir 50 yrs. without a stumble at start up or metallurgical damage to any parts.

Open the hood and let it dry out for a little, then replaced the air filter as it might have some moisture in it, then get some SP gas treatment in order to remove any moisture that is in the carb or fuel line, then run it for about a half hour or so. If there is moisture on the plugs I would believe but not in, in the carb yes before mentioned should take care of it total cost less than $10 relief of nothing really major priceless

Pressure washing the engine wasn't that great an idea.
You have water in many places where it shouldn't be. Remove the plugs and wires and let them sit for a day or so to let the water evaporate. You may need to remove your air filter too.
