If there is one out, no run .

With none out, run scores but no RBI.

10.04

"(b) The official scorer shall not credit a run batted in
(1) when the batter grounds into a force double play or a reverse-force double play; or"

No the batter doesn't get an RBI but the run counts if there are only two outs after the double play.

if its 1 out, and the batter hits it into double play then no, the team doesn't score and no rbi is granted. if that happens with 0 out then yes, batter gets credited with rbi.

IF there is one out, the double play ends the inning and the run does not score. If there are no outs and the run scores, then it is a sacrifice and he does get the RBI.
