You seem to be acting out your inner talk. Nothing wrong with inner talk. I assume everyone does it. But usually when we pass the age of six or seven we internalize it so it remains inner and do not express it so the whole world can hear. Of course, I hear songs in my head all the time, and many times I begin to sing them quietly to myself. Sometimes people comment, but I haven't gotten to many bad comments. usually people take it as a sign of happiness. Maybe you could replace talk with a song. It may be a more acceptable habit, but Idon't want to cause problems. Think about it and see if it fits your situation.

It sounds like you are thinking out loud. You are not the only person who does that. I know there are times when I do it on purpose to engage different modes of processing information - through different senses. It helps me remember things, and work other things out, almost like bouncing ideas off a friend or coworker.

I remember reading a study a few months ago that said that people who talked to themselves made better decisions, on average, than people who did not.
so, aside from the fact that there are some things you don't want to say out loud, or in front of just everyone, i don't see a problem.

That seems normal to me, do it all the time but more so when I'm alone. What is the saying, "as long as your not answering yourself your not crazy". I'm sure it is perfectly healthy and probably helps you deal with anxiety. I'm no doctor though, just my personal opinion.

sounds like you might be stressed. I do that when I have too much on my mind that I need to think out loud.
No big deal unless you think you are having a conversation with someone else who isn't there.

Healthy, just watch out people might hear you like your boss or your boyfriend.
Be careful about where you are and think about what you're saying.
