you need to door pelvic floor excercises otherwise known as Kegel Excercises. This involves you imitating the muscles you would normall use when you are trying to stop urself from having a pee. You must not actually perform these excercises while you need a pee or you will contract a urinary tract infection and thats not good at all!! So.. best time is straight after a pee.. another way of describing these excercises is to use the muscles you would use if you were trying to lift ur penis wen it is erect!! Its like all muscles, if you dont excercise them they become weak and flacid .. same for the muscles that will control ur staying power!
Also, you could try a delaying tactic wen u masturbate. Have a ****.. wen your just about to ejaculate then stop urself.. do it again and repeat for 6-8times .. this will increase your staying power..

1.First, be healthy. Rise early, go to bed early, exercize- yoga, freehands- or playing some outdoor sports or dancing, also do some breathing exercizes, it helps your concentration- give it some time in your routine- say 30 mins to an hour? Practise writing. 4. Give yourself short-term goals: "By the end of this week I will finish this chapter." you have to concentrate on things other than sex to decrease your excitement. Try breathing more, squeezing the "head" when you feel you can't take anymore hard to prolong yourself. AND PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.
