If AVG finds two viruses and automatically puts them in the Virus Vault but does not delete them and does not heal them, are the viruses still active or are is the computer protected from the viruses?

No, your computer is safe. AVG has isolated the files so they can no longer run and harm your system.

the vault is a place like the secured place the virus wont be deleted because it might be affect any system file and would make it delete also so it is putted in the vault but it cant activate or be activated so your pc is protected

Yea it took me a time to figure that out too but you are fully protected. I like the AVG.
