Superman hands down. Captain America died recently he would not follow the governments Superhero registration act. Superman would have done it, what the government says Superman does.

Well, if you've been following Marvel at all, you'd know that Captain America has gone rouge lately, and will be oficially dead by the 4th of July. He gets shot by some sniper and dies. No joke, just look it up. I'ts some sort of metaphor for the world.

Captain America would have had my vote,
but if you follow the comics, he took the side of giving up the secret identities, hence the 52 week war, and now is dead of course -

Don't set up a false dichotomy. They weren't in competition. The world is big enough for both of them. And, in fact, the more people we have like them, the better off this poor world would be.

I would have to say Superman. Granted that he has killed in the pasted. He suffered later, Cap was in WWII and is a Warrior. At time of war killing is needed.
