That is such a shame. I am 23 and most days I feel like I am at least 55-60 years old. I danced for 17 years so that is part of the problem. I went to the doctor and he told me that some people just have weak joints, and the only thing you can really drink is make sure you are drinking plenty of things with calcium in it, and do simple excersises to keep your bones as healthy as they can be. I take Boniva which also gives me a little bit more strength. The best thing for you to do is give yourself a little vacation, go to a spa, get a massage and relax a little. This will help you feel less tense and when you come back you might only feel 60 lol. Good luck.

Here are some simple things I do to help me relax and feel better. soak your feet in a tub of warm/hot water (using a lightly fragranced foot soak), while reading a book or magazine. Make simpler meals, do dishes and laundry when there are only a few items (so things don't pile up and become overwhelming). Relax in front of a movie. I've learned to simplify everything I do...some people call it lazy but I call it being efficient. Because efficient people get everything done in the least amount of time with the least amount of effort. Don't stress things that don't need to be stressed over. Give yourself a break often, because you deserve breaks too. I'm only 21 but I feel about 40. I even take naps sometimes now. But the naps give me energy and help me to be more efficient.

Have you checked to see if you have a fever?
Body aches and a fever sound like a type of flu.
But it can also be several illnesses.
If you are only feeling tired and have body aches from too much exercise and not enough rest, then take care of yourself. rest, eat, sleep.
But if you have a fever, it may be an infection.
Need more info.

You hurt all over, and you frequently feel exhausted. Even after numerous tests, your doctor can't find anything specifically wrong with you. If this sounds familiar, you may have fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition characterized by widespread pain in your muscles, ligaments and tendons, as well as fatigue and multiple tender points — places on your body where slight pressure causes pain.

The B vitamins are vital to a vigorous and energetic long life. What’s more, you can get serious health problems if you lack them. B vitamins are easily flushed out of the body, and people on weight-loss diets, alcoholics or those who take antibiotics or seizure drugs are even more prone to having vitamin B deficiency.

Do you workout too much? This is probably due to stress, on the body or the mind. Go take a day off and relax somewhere for a change if you have to

well those are pretty non-specific symptoms, and it would be difficult to say what's causing them because of that. There are many things that can lead to them. The first thing that comes to my mind would be sleep apnea and a sleep study will determine that and what kind of treatment would help you. But there are a ton of other conditions that have the same side effects. You ought to consult a doctor.

Your body is probably telling you something: not enough sleep, bad eating habits, and not enough physical activity. Try to work out more and drink a lot of water. By working out, you get more energy. Good luck!

Yea I agree, you haven't provided enough information. Do you have a fever? How long has this been going on for? Are there any other symptoms? How much sleep do you get? What does your daily diet consist of? How much water do you drink? And so on...
